Cancellation There are 2 situations for cancellation:
- You are not satisfied with you order;
- The item(s) received is/are damaged.
You can cancel your order within 7 days from the date on which you received the order. No questions, asked!
The returned item(s) must be in its/their original condition.
To cancel and return an order:
- Contact us stating your Order number;
- Get a confirmation email from us;
- Package the item(s) safely and securely;
- Use the same address stated on shipper's airway bill, and send back to us;
- Refund will be initiated once we inspected the returned item(s).
To request for a refund due to damages:
- Email us at hello@premixedrtd.com with photos of the damage(s);
- Get a confirmation from us;
- Refund will be initiated.
