Return & Refund

Cancellation There are 2 situations for cancellation:

1. You are not satisfied with you order;
2. The item(s) received is/are damaged.

You can cancel your order within 7 days from the date on which you received the order. No questions, asked!

The returned item(s) must be in its/their original condition.

To cancel and return an order:

1. Contact us stating your Order number;
2. Get a confirmation email from us;
3. Package the item(s) safely and securely;
4. Use the same address stated on shipper's airway bill, and send back to us;
5. Refund will be initiated once we inspected the returned item(s).

To request for a refund due to damages:

1. Email us at hello@premixedrtd.com with photos of the damage(s);
2. Get a confirmation from us;
3. Refund will be initiated.
