Ordering:

- Browse/scroll to item you fancy;
- Add to Cart;
- Insert coupon code (if any);
- Proceed to Checkout.
- Enter your birth date;
- Enter the required information - name, email, phone, address (billing and/or shipping), notes, etc.;
- Make changes to your ordering information and/or Cart (if any);
- Select payment method - either direct bank transfer, debit/credit card via secured HitPay-Stripe;
- Follow the instructions after you have placed your order.
Stock levels of Premixed and Ready-to-Drink items are kept at a pre-determined level to ensure freshness. Stock levels can diminish quickly due to its popularity!
Products' customization is available on:
- Volume basis;
- Ingredients basis.
- Should you want to know when sold-out stock is available;
- You would like to customize an order of specially-concocted-for-you Premixed and Ready-to-Drink beverage(s).
Unless opened, our drinks stay perfectly good in cool, dry, room temperature areas, away from direct sunlight to maintain freshness for up to 90 days. Premixed and Ready-to-Drink beverage is best consumed chill, and well-shaken. Once opened, keep it refrigerated below 7°C, and consume within 7 days.
Alcohol does not expire. Nonetheless, we have indicated a "best before" date on the cap of each and every bottle to indicate its freshness. After the "best before" date, you may not be able to enjoy the drink as sangria or cocktail. You may taste it as just another alcoholic beverage. Over time, the premixed concoction is further fermented in the alcohol.

Service-after-Sales FAQs
To manage our carbon footprints, we accumulate orders, and ship them in bulk. Therefore, your orders may take up to 7 business days to reach you. For urgent cases, feel free to contact us for special shipping arrangement.
Right now, we only sell and ship within Malaysia. Should you want to know when are we shipping to your country of residence, you can:

- subscribe to be notified on our Notification List; or
- follow us on our social media: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.
Cancellation
There are 2 situations for cancellation:
- You are not satisfied with you order;
- The item(s) received is/are damaged.
- Contact us stating your Order number;
- Get a confirmation email from us;
- Package the item(s) safely and securely;
- Use the same address stated on shipper's airway bill, and send back to us;
- Refund will be initiated once we inspected the returned item(s) per conditions stated here.
- Email us at hello@premixedrtd.com with photos of the damage(s);
- Get a confirmation from us;
- Refund will be initiated.
Our Premixed and Ready-to-Drink item is contained in glass bottle; that is 98% of the end-product. The other parts are:
Packaging used in handling and shipping is limited to only two types of bio-degradable and recyclable materials: paper and plastic. They are 100% recyclable. We encourage customers to either reuse them, or dispose of them properly in their respective recycling receptors.
- Screwed cap - aluminum or plastic;
- Stopper - plastic;
- Quality seal - plastic;
- Label - paper.
